WHY VARIANCE WHY NOW?

After having really tough period today I got fucked by variance for stk like 10BI - dont know exactly how much. It made me to do two bad calls ;(. Not sure how much I'm down but maybe I will get (-50BI) earlier than +50BI!

 Few things that I have to point out:

1) happy that my range is perceived much looser
2) Regs start doing mistakes and spazzes vs me
3) My mindset after this sick session was destroyed, but after 10min break with breathing exercises and focusing games, I was able to play another very good session.
4) Zoom addicts players to fast clicking. I've noticed that it made me to do few mistakes. Slow down Mike slow down!

Two regs UTG opens 24 from EP and cbet 61. Loose and rather passive. BTN plays 26/17 and call BTN vs EP 20 + calling everything to sqz - that's why I didn't sqz.
Flop is pretty stnd I think. I expect cbet and loose call from BTN.
Turn is interesting decided to x/f but when everyone checks I've changed my mind. River when he bets his range actually looks like this:
AQs, ATs-A2s, KQs, KTs, QTs, AQo-ATo, KQo but without made flushes.
I can easily x/r every flush since he xback turn +  A8,33.
Unfortunately he had A8 :/ Still think that my x/r is fine here.

Challenge maxwinrate NL100 SH by SOEK - DONE !

I've to do it again. This time on NL200.  My game on NL400-600 looks like shit. I have 10k€ swing from 100k hands (first in my carrier). The worst part of this is my autopilot mode or sth similar. I'm not thinking in the proper way on the river.
The funny thing is that I started last challenge exactly one year ago. Maybe the autumn makes me feel shitty.
I'm going to cure myself by playing 2 tables of zoom poker nl200. Rules are the same. I'm playing nl200 till I win 50BI.

If anyone feel like he looped himself. Can't get away from wrong decisions. Feel like there is no proper decision or just plays break even for a long time - THIS IS THE TOPIC FOR HIM.

I'm going to post my day routine. What I do to get back to my flow. What you should focus on.
