After a lot of coaching sessions with my students, I've started thinking like them! What should x/c here, what should I x/r here etc. WTF? I've never been thinking about this shit and my winrate was ~8bb/100 for last 100k hands I suck at 3bb...  Yesterday I talk to myself and decided to get rid of this thoughts. Today I played the best session in this year. I dont know the exact amount but sth about ~15BI or more. Any regular could read me. I could read them like a book.

He perceived my range as bluff heavy. Good reg NL200-NL1k but he cbet to much sth like 76% Decided to bluffraise from flop. I only wonder if the river bet is not too thin.
The other question is what to do with bottom of your top range for ex QJ-KJ. I would also x/r QJ+ on flop but turn is tricky. I think its still a value bet turn but river is x/f because he is not going to bet worse, and call with worse.

ART OF LIVING: MISSION MILAN

Uhhhh...

My friends from Poland invaded me in Milan. This is the reason of the posting break. Everyday sightseeing and drinking nights. Finally I finished my short movie about living in Milan: ENJOY!

COOKING TIME!

As cooking is a huge part of italian's life, me as a fan of well prepared and tasty meals, decided to go deeper into the mediterranean  recipes. Today we are going to prepare:

Pasta with prosciutto crudo, mozarella and tomatoes

First of all you need hungry woman

Then you should find shop or better some supermarket run as fast as you can and buy the ingredients:

• 100gr Prosciutto crudo
• Pasta
• Basil
• Cocktail tomatoes (small ones)
• 1 Mozarella
• 1 Lime
• Oil from olives
• Pepper 
• Salt

Boil the water and prepare pasta:

Take your knife and remove the fat from prosciutto crudo. Then cut in pieces like this:

Cut the mozarella and tomatoes

Open some red wine because it's getting harder

Cut the basil and rub the peel of the lime

squeeze (it's the first time I use this word in non poker conversation) the lime and mix all with the olives oil

Hands Rush

I owe you some update. End of the month so it's nice to sum up few things.
The main slogan on my windows desktop is "Every single day try to be better man". It refers to poker and life of course. What did I achieve this month?

POKER:

• Finally cut my mind of the € results. 
• Filled in the excel file after each session (BEST THING EVER THAT HAPPENED TO MY POKER MINDSET)
• Learned few things about keeping my mind focused. 
• Found out the optimal time for my sessions
• Noticed how to get back to A game without taking long breaks
• Did the Session Review of my mindset after every session
• Learned to observe myself while playing
• Extended my 4bet/call range vs few regs.

As you can see this month I worked more on the mindset part. I'm fucking lucky. I had started improving my mindset just before my DS appeared ! ; )

LIFE:

• Started working out! Running push ups and basic exercises.
• More balanced time for poker/Joanna
• Less alcohol, definitely cheap Italian wines don't help. 
•  Almost finished my movie "one day of poker pro". Did many tutorials in Sony Vegas, and finally learned to read the histograms!

TARGET FOR NEXT MONTH

- Make stranger smile! Few homeless guys sleeps at the train station next to my apartment. Temperatures in next week are going to bet 29C-33C. Still note sure what can I give them. If somebody figure it out, let me know.

• How do you construct range vs this guy on EP and MP?

The BB's c4bet is 5,6 after HUGE sample. My open raise is 15 and ft3bet OOP 50. Do you think this shove is fine? On BTN's place I would fold QQ. Do you?
